Road Trip Pt. 6 - College Place. 2

June 4, 2007 - Monday

It was nice to have a day to just hang out and rest at my grandmother's house.  The big highlights were Walmart, His Garden for lunch, and Ice Berg for dessert--where I unexpectedly saw an old friend from CAA--Adele! Tthat was so cool!  We had a great time catching up.  After we came back, we took a nap and then worked in Mimi's yard mulching the flower beds.  That was fun, though it was exactly 100 degrees in the shade!  And finally we are ending the day with some chick flicks--a Hallmark and then the classic "Roman Holiday."  Not very productive day perhaps, but it is still vacation afterall! :)
